• Only one account is allowed per person. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
• During registration, you must provide your real name, an active mobile number, and your correct date of birth.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Ckr44 may request identity documents for KYC verification at any time.
• Creating an account on behalf of someone else or through a proxy is strictly prohibited.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Ckr44 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is BDT 200 and the minimum withdrawal is BDT 300. Maximum limits depend on your account verification level.

• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal.
• All deposited funds must come from a legitimate source. Money laundering or the use of funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes, though verification may extend the processing time up to 24 hours.
• Ckr44 reserves the right to verify or place a hold on any withdrawal when necessary.
• Deposits and withdrawals using a third party's account are not permitted.

4. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on ckr44. On any betting-related matter, the decision of ckr44 management is final.

• Each bet has a minimum and maximum stake limit, which may vary depending on the market and event.
• Odds are subject to change at any time. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, ckr44 reserves the right to void that bet.
• In live betting (in-play), odds may change if there is a delay in placing your decision.
• Any match-fixing or unusual betting patterns detected will subject the relevant bets and accounts to investigation.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ckr44 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account.
• Withdrawing bonus funds typically requires meeting specific wagering requirements (e.g., betting 10–30 times the bonus amount).
• If a bonus is not used within the designated time limit after being claimed, it will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly approved.
• Ckr44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and action may be taken against the account.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckr44 platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action where appropriate.

• Multiple Accounts: If a single individual creates multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing bets with the deliberate intent to exploit bonuses, including arbitrage betting, is prohibited.
• Fraud: The use of false identities, incorrect information, or forged documents is strictly prohibited.
• Hacking & Software Abuse: Betting using bots, scripts, or any automated software is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using ckr44 for money laundering or any illegal transfer of funds is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.
• Using Another Member's Account: Accessing or using another person's account is strictly prohibited.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Ckr44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the circumstances listed below. Members will be notified of any account closure, and any valid balance will be returned where applicable.

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• The member has personally requested account closure.
• Requesting self-exclusion under our responsible gaming policy.
• Closure required for legal or regulatory reasons.

8. Responsible Gaming

• In any betting dispute, the decision of ckr44 management shall be considered final.
